Doula Services
* Initial interview and consultation ~ This is an opportunity for us to get acquainted and for you to ask any questions you may have.
Once you have chosen to have me as your doula, I will provide comprehensive services, including the following:
* Unlimited phone and e-mail support (during daytime hours)
* 1-2 prenatal visits which will include:
* Putting together your birth plan
* Practicing positions and comfort techniques
* Discussion regarding roles of each member of the birth team
* Four weeks of 24 hour on-call availability surrounding your due date (2 weeks before through 2 weeks after)
* Continuous support during labor/birth
* 1-2 hours of assistance immediately following the birth, including establishing breastfeeding
* One postpartum visit
* Photo CD of pictures taken during labor, birth, and immediately after

Fees:
My fee is $400. A deposit of $200 is due when you hire me (along with a signed contract); the balance is due two weeks before your due date. Payment plans are available if necessary; please do not let finances prohibit you from having the support you need and deserve.
